Luxurywatchstore.com will accept returns only within 30 days from the day we ship your watch and pens if the watch is new, unused, not sized, undamaged, and are not considered special orders with the subject to limitations below. The return package must be received by us within 30 days from the day we ship your package.
Do not wear, use, alter, or size your watches if you intend to return the watch. We do not accept watches that are sized, or worn (even for an hour) for exchange or return. Once your watch is worn, warranty goes in effect during the allowed warranty coverage period. Watches must be in their original condition without scratches or damages, with protective films in place if the watch came with the tapes. Please do not write anything on the manufacturer's box, instruction manuals, warranty cards, or any other packaging accessories that came with the watch.
We do not accept returns and exchanges on special orders. We will confirm with you on all special orders before processing your order. Special orders are generally the items that are not on our site but customers special request them. Due to logistics such as duty an handling charges, international orders do not qualify for return or exchanges unless there are major problems with the watch. International orders are orders shipped beyond the United States borders.
For Writing instruments, please do not use the item at all for the return to qualify. Do not scratch the writing instrument in anyway.
Before sending your for return, please contact us for return authorization number (RA). Once you have been issued an RA number, please send your item back to us at our mailing address.
Please include a copy of your invoice with RA number before sending your item so that we can properly identify your order.
If you do send your item back without the RA number, we reserve the right to refuse your package.
Once we receive your package, we will inspect to make sure that the item is not damaged or altered in anyway. We simply need the item back as they were when we sent them to you. Once the inspection is passed, we will issue your credit in the same manner of payment we received. We will refund the whole amount you paid minus the shipping and insurance charge. The shipping, insurance, and handling cost will be around $10 to $30 dollars. The handling cost may differ depending on the cost of the item and the speed of delivery to you originally. The deduction will not exceed $30 dollars.
