Standard Shipment Within United States

General ground shipping time within United States is 1 to 5 business days. If the destination of your shipment is Southern California, it will take about one business day. If your shipment is to be delivered to New York, it will take about 5 business days. Depending on where your shipment is to be delivered, transit time will differ. Please refer to the map below provided by UPS for better estimate on the ground shipment delivery schedule.(*Please note that free ground shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico are not available. The optional shipments for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are 2nd day or Next Day Delivery). 

Next Day, 2nd Day Delivery Guarantee.

If you would like your order to be delivered in more rapid manner, please select the guaranteed service. The Next Day Air and 2nd day deliveries are guaranteed services. If you select one of the above shipping options, your shipments are guaranteed to be there on time. (* Saturday, Sunday, and the day the order was placed is not considered to be one of the time in transit days. Also, if you order your product after the cut off time, your order will be processed next day.)

Shipping to Canada.

There are two shipping options available for shipping to Canada. The choices are rapid delivery service and standard delivery service.(*Please make sure that you are aware of the fact that the Canadian Customs may impose import tax on all imports to Canada.) We do not collect any form of tax or duty from you. Please check with your local authority for more detailed answers.


Shipping to Europe, Asia, and other parts of the world.

The typical shipping time for Europe, Asia, and other parts of the world are three to five business days. If you are in the more remote part of the world, the shipping may take one or two days longer. We do not collect any form of tax or duty from you. Your local government may require you to pay import duty. Please contact your local authority for accurate answers. 

U.S. Shipments

All shipments to Alaska and Hawaii can be shipped by 2nd day or Next Day service. We generally use UPS as our primary carrier, however at times we may ship with FEDEX, DHL and or US POSTAL SERVICE. 


Our shipping cut of time is at 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. ** Please do not count the day of the order placement as part of the delivery days. Example: if you place your order on Monday before 3 PM with next day option, then your next day will be delivered Tuesday. If you place your order after 3 PM, your order will be processed on Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday.

Canada shipments

There are two shipping options available for shipments to Canada.

• Most orders are processed as soon as your order is placed. Your order will be shipped once we verify your billing address,  the shipping address, your payment is approved, and the item is in stock.
• If your order is placed after 3 PM Pacific Standard time, your order will be processed and shipped very next day. Hence, please place your order before 3 PM Pacific Standard Time if you would like us to ship your order today.
• If an item you ordered is currently out of stock, we will notified you immediately via your phone or email address.
• Your credit card will not be charged until the day we ship your product. We do not deliver to PO BOX, APO, or FPO address. We require that all delivery addresses be a physical addresses.
• Certain orders may only be shipped to your billing or a verifiable alternate address for your protection. In such a case we will contact you for additional verification.
