We purchase our watches from authorized dealers, distributors, and other established lines of distribution within the watch industry. The watch industry generally maintains certain retail prices and discounts, however at Luxurywatchstore.com, we offer genuine brand name watches at significant discounts prices from that of the manufacturer's suggested retail price. Due to our discounted pricing, for certain brands, we may not fit into so-called "Authorized Dealers" as defined by the manufacturer.
Our warranty coverage on our watches are generally from one to three years depending on the watch brand. The detail part of our product display specifies the length of the warranty coverage. Our warranty covers movement, which is the core of any watch. The batteries are covered for 2 months from the day we ship the watch. The warranty does not cover the following; watch case, watch bracelet, straps, crown and stems, crystal and glass, finishes, damage caused by excessive wear/tear and or physical/accidental abuse, moisture build up, and water damages. Also, all shipping and handling costs in connection with warranty service are the responsibility of the customer. This warranty is valid only at authorized repair centers and at Luxurywatchstore.com. Improper repairs serviced by unauthorized personals will void the warranty.
Please note that once you send in a watch for repair, a repair time may differ depending on type of warranty work needed. Simple repairs may be implemented in rapid manner, while some circumstances may require parts to be ordered from the manufacturing country. The typical repair time from the day we receive your watch is 4 to 6 weeks. However, there may be at times when the repair may require additional time for reasons beyond our control. We will however make sure that all watches are properly repaired before shipping back you.
How To Get Your Warranty Service
Before sending the your watch for repairs, please contact us by contact form for repair authorization number (RA). Once you have been issued an RA number, please send the watch back to us at our mailing address. Please include the following information before shipping your watch so that we can properly identify your order.
Explanation of the problems
Please properly package your watch from even further damage, and be sure to INSURE your package for the price you paid with reliable carrier, such as UPS or FEDEX. All shipping costs related to repairs are customer's responsibility.
